General Terms and Conditions (GTC) for KodeOne – 01. 01. 2024

 

1. Scope:
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts, deliveries and services
between KodeOne, hereinafter referred to as “Provider” and its customers.

2. Description of services:
The provider provides software services according to individual agreement or offer. The exact

3. Conclusion of the contract:
Contracts are concluded by written confirmation of the provider or by the actual
provision of services.

4. Rights of use:
The rights to use the software are transferred to the customer after full payment.
Any duplication or distribution of the software without the consent of the provider is
prohibited.
The provider reserves the right to the so-called “source codes”.

5. Remuneration:
The remuneration is based on the prices laid down in the contract. Supplementary benefits
shall be:
separately agreed and billed.

6. Liability:
The provider is only liable for intent and gross negligence. A further liability is not given
except in the case of damage to life, body or health.

7. Data protection:
The provider undertakes to comply with the applicable data protection regulations. Detailed

8. Dismissal:
The contract, insofar as the services or services have not yet been used, is
subject to a notice period of at least 1 month in advance. Only current
payments, services required to provide a Complete Software, Website or

contractual arrangement.

9. Confidentiality:
